1. Who we are and what this covers

Proppy is a service of Proppy (“Proppy”, “we”). These Terms apply to the website proppy.tech, the app at app.proppy.tech and the mobile apps (together, the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them. If you use Proppy for an agency, you accept them for the agency too and confirm you may do so.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give a real name, a working email and phone number. One person, one account.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions of people you invite to an agency workspace.
• The free gift on sign-up (one video kit) is given once per verified email and phone.

3. What you may and may not do

• Use Proppy for your real-estate work in line with the laws of the UAE, including the rules of DLD and RERA on advertising, permits and client data.
• You are responsible for your listings, videos, presentations, posts and messages: that you have the right to publish them, that permits shown are valid and that the information is accurate.
• Do not send spam, contact people who have not asked to hear from you, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or try to break, overload, copy or scrape the Service.
• WhatsApp in Proppy connects your own number the way WhatsApp Web does. WhatsApp may limit numbers that send many messages; keep conversations personal. We are not responsible for actions WhatsApp takes on your number.

4. Plans, Keys and payments

• Free is free. Pro and other plans are paid in advance for the period you choose; nothing renews automatically. We remind you before a plan ends.
• Keys are prepaid units for paid actions such as videos and documents (10 Keys = 1 AED). The price in Keys is shown before you start. Keys are not money, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and purchased Keys do not expire. Keys included in a plan reset each month.
• If a paid action fails on our side, its Keys are returned automatically.
• Prices include VAT where it applies.
• All payments are final: plans and Keys are not refunded, including when you close your account.

5. Your content and data

Your content stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store, process and show it to run the Service for you (for example, to render a video or show your page). Contacts and leads in your CRM are your data: we process them on your instructions, as described in our Privacy policy.

6. News, AI and figures

Proppy News summarises public sources and links to them. Documents written by the assistant use your CRM, your stock and public DLD data; check figures before sending them to a client. Nothing in Proppy is legal, tax or financial advice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Proppy available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or stop features; when a change takes away something you paid for, we will offer a fair remedy. We may update these Terms and will tell you about important changes in the app or by email before they apply.

8. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or the law, or that put other users at risk. You can close your account at any time in Settings → Delete account: it is closed at once and erased after 30 days, as described in the Privacy policy.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Proppy is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost deals or profits, or for content of other users and third-party services.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Disputes go to the competent courts of Dubai. Before that, write to us — most questions are settled in a day.
